So here's another software I found while browsing the web, a super basic content re-writer.  It's essentially a software that will let you manually enter alternate phrases/words to recreate your articles for submission to article directories.  It won't really revolutionize the way you do it though.  If you're already manually doing it via notepad/wordpad or MS Word, it's nothing new.  However, it gives you a nice interface that will let you see immediately how your new articles will look like, so you can make quick changes on the fly.  Take a look at EAS and see if it's to your liking.  It's FREE, and you'll only need to register with a valid e-mail address to keep on using it.

Duplicate Content Checkers

Here's another gem of a site that I found.  It will let you compare two sites/pages for duplicate content:

If you want something off-line, a software that you can use to see how much of your articles' contents are similar, get the awesome DupeFree Pro!  It's free, and take my word for it, it's just excellent for your article writing efforts.

Another site you can go to to check if your content is a duplicate, or to find out if somebody is unscrupulously stealing your content is Copyscape.  Its free service is to search the web for copies of your page.  It offers two paid services: Premium (checks the web for copies of your content to find out if you can safely publish it) and CopySentry (scours the web so you can go after plagiarists who steal your content).
